This Week in Farm Photos (June 18-24, 2017)
Thanks to my best friend Erica for snapping this photo of Myles and Britches.
Myles attended his first day camp last week. They did dance, crafts, and had snack time. He was very proud of his camp craft projects.
I told Mike I should start a photo series called “Cute photos of Mike holding adorable farm animals” because I swear that’s half of the photos on my camera lately. I just can’t help myself because it’s still so funny to me to see him really taking to the farm life. City boy no more!
The neighbors rotated pastures last week and now we get to enjoy admiring their herd of Piedmontese beef cattle in our back yard. I just love watching them! (Makes me wish we could have cows one day… shhh, don’t tell Mike!)
I was happy to have some rain and a break from the hot temperatures mid-week. Of course, now we’ve had so much rain that the yard is out of control and it’s still to wet to mow. What can you do though, right?
