She’ll be a second freshener and she was a great milker last year so I’m anxious to see what she does this year now that we are on milk test. (Just wish she wasn’t freshening so late in the year!)

Thawing 15 pounds of ground beef. Going to make la Thawing 15 pounds of ground beef. Going to make lasagna for dinner and experiment with canning ground beef crumbles tomorrow. Gotta clear some freezer space for our fresh side of beef that should be ready next week!
